This acrylic, like every other portrait, is a soul's selfie. The subject is unfiltered, posing, but the intuition of my brush caught it red-handed. Everybody tends to show a filtered social figure of superego. We all try to lead coherent lives, consistent with who we wish to be. But then oops there goes gravity and we feel broken in two.

 

Grinding your teeth you faintly let out a grimace that the eye of the artist accentuates and its expression unveils an internal rift. Tomorrow's Monday anyways.
